- I have to say that I (like the guy above) have been using Hayes modems for
- a while and found that they always worked. (I currently have an Accura
- 14.4+FAX). I was originally going to upgrade to an Accura 28.8 but I have
- given up on that now for almost a year. Too many problems seem to have been
- reported on the Hayes (and, initially, just about every other modem as
- well). Anyway, I think Hayes need to get back on track or I don't think
- that have much of a future (as a well known, 'buy Hayes, it works' type
- company). They have already lost most of that for their 28.8s.
